Organizer: Roosevelta 22
Exhibition presents the best international projects of Dutch MVRDV architectural studio. It was prepared in context during their current, first Polish project – Bałtyk – which together with Concordia Design and the Courtyard creates unique architecture concept at 22 Roosevelta St. in the centre of Poznań. During the exhibition we will also show visualisations and 3D model of the 22 Roosevelta St. concept. Thanks to the cooperation of MVRDV, co-architects Natkaniec/Olechnicki, investors Garvest and the Pozbruk company, an innovative very thin concrete facade with exposed stones was designed. Pieces of the facade will be also shown there. The project of exhibition and design refer to lasting construction of the Bałtyk – it is located outsite in special container, photographs of the projects are printed and presented on typical construction materials like plywood, concrete, stone. During the exhibition, special guest Nathalie de Vries – architect and co-founder of MVRDV, will give a lecture about the challenges for architecture in the context of cities new functions and changing lifestyles of their residents.
