How to analyse and shape the demand? What kind of knowledge and skills designers should have today? What are the resources of materials used in a production of interior items, and are they recyclable? What are the sources of energy consumed in furniture factories and points of sale? Which elements of the purchasing process are crucial from the point of view of a customer and business?
