During this plenary session participants will have the opportunity to take the first step in learning how to apply Solution Focus (SF). SF is a goal oriented and an appreciative approach dealing with change, solutions and complexity. Instead of getting rid
of problems, it focuses on crucial issue, which is building solutions.
Participants will be able to apply what they have learned and improved after the first day of this plenary session.
Even if you find only one thing you can use after this session, pay close attention to what could be working for you.
Some of the topics to be discussed:
1. You will find out how to analyze success instead of problems
2. You will discover the difference between a problem and a limitation
3. How to explore your desired instead of your undesired future
4. You remember better what is already working now and what worked in the past
5. You will learn what concrete steps should be taken to achieve your goal
